Streetwear Fit: Oversized, Boxy & Heavyweight
Streetwear reads as streetwear largely through fit and fabric weight, not just graphics. We grade oversized and boxy blocks with dropped shoulders as standard for streetwear programs, alongside cropped and standard fit options. Sleeve length and body length are the two dimensions most brands adjust from a reference garment, and both are straightforward pattern changes once we have your spec sheet or tech pack.

Streetwear lives and dies on finishing. Beyond standard screen print and embroidery, our in-house capability covers the full range a streetwear program actually needs.
Wash & fabric finish: enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash (high contrast bleach pattern), garment dye, sand blast, vintage wash, silicon wash, bleach wash, overdye, and distress.
Print: DTG, puff print, discharge print, pigment print, foil print, reflective print, and photochromic print.
Embroidery & decoration: flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille patches, chain stitch, applique, rhinestone, sequin, patches, laser etching, and woven or printed badges.

Order Types
MOQ & Order Types for Streetwear
MOQ depends on who sources the fabric. If you want full-package production, where we source the fabric, develop the pattern, and handle everything start to finish (OEM/ODM, including private label), the minimum is 300 pieces per style, typically split across 3-4 colours and a full size range. If you're supplying your own fabric and just need cutting, sewing and trim (CMT), the minimum is higher at 5,000 pieces per style — we're cutting and sewing fabric we did not source or inspect ourselves, so the higher floor offsets that added quality risk on a smaller run.
Most streetwear-focused manufacturers quote one flat number without explaining this difference. Certified Streetwear Manufacturing
GOTS and GRS certification means organic cotton and recycled polyester (rPET) fleece are available on request — increasingly requested by streetwear brands positioning around sustainability without sacrificing the heavyweight hand-feel the category expects. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 covers harmful-substance testing across fabric, trims and prints.

Sampling & Lead Time for Streetwear Drops
A proto sample typically takes 10-14 days once we have your tech pack, with up to 10 free revision rounds before bulk cutting starts. Bulk production runs 30-45 days after pre-production sample approval, with AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment.
If you're planning multiple drops across a year rather than one order, tell us your rough release calendar upfront — reordering a proven design is faster than a first-time sample-to-bulk cycle since the pattern, fabric source and decoration setup are already confirmed. Can you produce heavyweight, oversized streetwear fits?

Can you produce private label streetwear with my own labels and packaging?
