Why brands add accessories onto the same order

A beanie ordered six weeks after the hoodie is a second dye lot and a second slot. Cut it with the hoodie and it is leftover or coordinating cloth, same shade, one booking. That is the point of this page: companion SKUs on the apparel line, not a mill that exists to make hats.

Private label is the default — your labels on the beanie and the hoodie. Structured caps with a foam front and a curved brim need cap-forming equipment we do not run. Medical-grade masks are not this line; fashion cotton masks are leftover-cotton goods, not PPE.

Can accessories be matched to the fabric from my main clothing order?

Yes — beanies, scrunchies, headbands, and tote bags are commonly cut from leftover or coordinating fabric from a main apparel run, which is both cost-efficient and gives you a matching set (e.g. a hoodie and beanie in the same fleece).

What's the minimum order for accessories?

300 pieces per style, same as our apparel MOQ. Accessories are frequently ordered alongside a main clothing order rather than as a completely separate run, which is the most efficient way to add them to an existing production slot.

Do you make structured baseball caps?

Not in-house — structured caps with a foam front panel and curved brim need dedicated cap-forming equipment that's a different manufacturing process from cut-and-sew apparel. We produce soft knit beanies and bucket hats, which use the same knitting and sewing capability as the rest of our range.

Are the reusable masks medical-grade?

No — these are reusable cotton fashion masks made from the same certified fabric as our apparel, intended for everyday use, not medical or surgical settings. For medical-grade PPE, see our medical uniform and scrubs line.

Can I add accessories onto an existing clothing order?

Yes — that is the intended path. Tell us at the brief (or before bulk cutting) so we hold coordinating cloth and a slot. Adding a beanie after the hoodie has already shipped is a new dye lot and a new booking, not a leftover cut.

How long does an accessories order take from sample approval to shipment?

30–45 days for bulk after pre-production sample approval, the same window as the main apparel style when they ship together. Proto samples typically take 10–14 days. An accessories-only booking uses that same window.
